Qualified Auto Repair

Silverdale AUTOWORKS is a highly qualified auto repair shop.  We have two ASE Master Technicians and two ASE Certified Technicians.  Additionally, we have an ASE Certified Service Advisor.  Our technician averages over 20 years of experience too.

So, what is the ASE and why does this matter?

The ASE is the nickname for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.  The ASE is the only nationally recognized organization that tests and trains professionals in the auto repair industry.  To become ASE Certified, a technician (mechanic) must complete extensive training and display experience.  As an ASE Certified Technician earns additional certifications in multiple areas, they earn the ASE Master Technician status.

Why do we hire ASE Certified and Master Technicians?

Because we care about our customers.  Experience and expertise are very valuable resources in the auto repair industry.  This helps us ensure that your car is serviced right the first time.  Experience and training allows us to complete your work faster and reduce the possibility of A comeback is when your car comes back to the shop because something went wrong with the repair – Nobody likes those!comebacks.
