Silverdale AUTOWORKS Warranty

We provide a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor for all of your vehicle repair needs. We offer a nationwide warranty for your peace of mind. We want you to be satisfied and confident with the parts and service you receive from Silverdale AUTOWORKS.

All Work is Warranted for 24 Months, 24,000 Miles. Customer must return vehicle to us or contact Silverdale Autoworks (if out of town) for authorization prior to ANY warranty work being performed. Silverdale Autoworks WILL NOT pay for warranty work without prior authorization. No warranty on customer supplied or used parts.

 ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RIGHTS OF AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMERS

Your are entitled by law to:

1.   A written estimate for repairs which will cost more than one hundred dollars, unless waived or absent face-to-face contact (see item 4 below)

2.   Return or inspection of all replaced parts, if request at time of repair authorization;

3.   Authorize orally in writing any repairs which exceed the estimate’s total presales tax cost by more than ten percent;

4.   Authorize any repairs orally or in writing if you vehicle is left with the repair facility without face-to-face contact between you and the repair facility personnel.

If your have authorized a repair in accordance with the information, your are required to pay for the costs of the repair prior to taking the vehicle form the premises. Nonpayment may result in your being charged a storage fee.

WARRANTY TERMS

Any warranties on the parts and/or accessories sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, Silverdale Autoworks Inc., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for the particular purpose and the repair shop named on the face of this document, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts and accessories.

The repair of this vehicle and completion date is subject to the availability of labor and parts. Silverdale Autoworks Inc. is not responsible for that unavailability of parts or delays is parts shipments beyond repair shop control.

Warranties for out of town problems or after business hours must wait to contact Silverdale Autoworks Inc. before electing to have towing or any other person or repair shop perform service/repairs. At the discretion of Silverdale Autoworks Inc., warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service/repair.

No warranty is extended to cover towing, loss of use, loss of earnings, per diem expenses, not any other claims of any nature what so ever.

SUBLET REPAIRS

Due to the type of service/repair requested, some repairs may be sublet. All sublet service/repairs will be subject to whatever warranties are provided by the sublet contractor

PAYMENT TERMS

There are no credit terms; all service/repairs are to be paid in full at the time the service/repair is completed.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Customer states no articles of personal property have been left in the vehicle and Silverdale Autoworks Inc. is not responsible for inspection thereof, loss or damage in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond the repair shop’s control.

STORAGE CHARGES

All Vehicles left over two (2) business days after completion and notification to customer are subject to Silverdale Autoworks Inc. posted storage charges ($25 per day), unless previous arrangements are made with the repair shop. Customer is also informed that in the event storage is invoked such vehicle may be moved to an alternate place at the discretion of Silverdale Autoworks Inc. until all charges, including storage are paid in full.
